OGDEN -- A known sex offender is back behind bars in Ogden, accused of sexually assaulting a disabled woman.

Police say 28-year-old Kim Paul Hildreth befriended the woman, who has mental and physical disabilities, and then molested and sexually assaulted her.

Hildreth was arrested after the woman told her parents what he was doing.

On Friday, he was charged with forcible sex abuse.

He's being held in the Weber County Jail.

Hildreth was previously convicted of unlawful sexual activity with a minor in 2002.
