SALT LAKE CITY -- The largest overhaul of Utah's liquor laws in decades will be signed into law Monday.
That means it will be just a couple more months until private clubs become just bars.
However, a handful of local establishments, many neighborhood pubs, are deciding to remain private clubs. Owners say it gives them more control of their clientele, not to mention, there's money in private memberships.
