(KSL News) Troopers have identified a man who was shot while driving on I-15 near the 2100 south collector.
Eighteen-year-old Cesar Ramirez is still in critical condition after a bullet hit him in the side on Friday.
Troopers say Ramirez may have been texting when someone in another car started shooting at him. The incident shut the freeway down for hours.
Investigators say the incident may be gang related but so far haven't named any supsects.
