Sept 15 — Chinese-owned ​seed giant Syngenta ‌Group has ⁠confidentially ​filed ⁠for ‌a Hong ‌Kong IPO ⁠and is ⁠considering raising about $5 billion, Bloomberg News ‌reported ​on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the ​matter.

Reuters ‌could ‌not immediately ⁠verify the report.
