1 airlifted in Mountain View Corridor crash involving police cruiser

HERRIMAN — One person was flown to the hospital Friday after a crash on Mountain View Corridor in Herriman, police say.

Multiple vehicles crashed, including a Taylorsville police cruiser, shortly before 7 a.m. on Mountain View Corridor near Porter Rockwell Blvd., according to Herriman Police Sgt. Greg Shaver.

The injured person was taken to the hospital via helicopter, Shaver said, but the details of his or her condition were not immediately known.
