(KSL News) A Weber County family is homeless for the holidays after their home went up in flames overnight.
One of the residents of the home near 6700 West and 4600 South awoke to strange noises in the garage around 2 a.m. and discovered the fire.
It quickly spread to the rest of the house.

Everyone inside was able to get out safely, but the blaze caused an estimated $400,000 in damage.
The cause of the fire is now under investigation.
