SALT LAKE CITY — One person was killed in a rollover crash early Sunday in Salt Lake City.

A vehicle left the roadway near 700 North and 8000 West and rolled multiple times about 300 yards south of the intersection, said Salt Lake Police Sgt. Kevin Blue.

Police said a single occupant was ejected from the vehicle and was found dead at the scene. No other occupants were reported.

Additional details about the cause of the crash were not immediately available. The name of the victim has not yet been released
