SALT LAKE CITY — "Triumph in Technology" presented a cool opportunity for Utahns to learn some new skills and potentially advance their careers.

A free event at Glendale Middle School over the weekend offered a chance to experiment with technology, including robotics, AI, and virtual reality.

"You create your own community here — people who are connected with the STEMM. Believe in your own talent. This is powerful," said Juliette Bautista, executive director of Club Ability.

The event also featured professionals on hand to assist participants in writing resumes and practicing job interviews.

"Triumph in Technology" was put on by Club Ability, in partnership with Weber State University.
