LEWISTON, Cache County — One person was killed and three were injured in a head-on collision just south of the Utah-Idaho border near Lewiston, Cache County, on Sunday afternoon, according to state troopers.

The crash occurred about 1:41 p.m. on Sunday less than two miles south of the Idaho border on U.S. 91, the Utah Highway Patrol said in a news release. Troopers said a GMC Terrain hydroplaned while traveling south on the highway and hit a northbound Mazda 3.
