(KSL News) eBay will build what it calls a "next-generation" data center in the Salt Lake Valley.
Utah's Economic Development office says it closed a deal with the online auctioneer for land in South Jordan's Daybreak Commerce Park.
eBay says the new center will have new technologies and services that improve capabilities across many of its Web sites.
The project is expected to add 50 new jobs and $109 million to Utah's tax revenues over the next 10 years.
