ST. GEORGE — A three-home development underway in Hurricane is designed to seamlessly integrate into the surrounding elements. Aware of the burden rapid growth has put on the community, this company aims to do something about it.

"I know the burden that Washington County and St. George and the whole greater Zion area has gone through with fast development," Dallin Jolley, co-founder of Hidden Rock Development, told St. George News. "I'm very sensitive to that. That's why these projects are so uniquely different and there's a story to tell."

Jolley and business partner Anish Bhatia founded Hidden Rock Development, where they pride themselves on developing unique and architecturally significant projects in remote and serene landscapes.

"We could've done more houses," Jolley said about the Moccasin Flats development. "But our ethos is protecting the environment, creating something that fits well with the landscape and fits within the architecturally significant neighborhood, making it not only beautiful but doesn't stand out like a sore thumb."
