ST. GEORGE — Washington's Tom Zulewski will become the fourth Utahn in history to appear on the trivia game show "Jeopardy!" on Friday night, July 7, at 6:30 p.m. MDT.

Zulewski, who also previously appeared in "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" in 2018, told St. George News on Thursday evening that he was not permitted to reveal the results of the game, as "Jeopardy!" episodes are pre-taped and contestants are under strict rules not to divulge the details.

"We taped the show in May," he said. "That's just the wacky way television does things, so it can be made pretty."

Zulewski called the lengthy process of becoming a "Jeopardy!" contestant "slightly mind-blowing. You have to run through a whole gauntlet of things."
