ST. GEORGE — A man died Saturday after a crash between a car and a motorcycle in St. George.

The 21-year-old man was westbound on 700 South near 745 East on a motorcycle around 11:50 a.m., when another vehicle turned left in front of him and hit him, said St. George Police Lt. David Williams.

A nurse at the scene of the crash administered first aid after the man was seriously injured in the crash, but he later died.

An initial police investigation shows that speed might have been a factor in the crash, according to a police press release.

The man's identity has not been released, pending family notification.
