SANTAQUIN — A Utah County man has been charged with paying a teenage nanny to perform a sex act.
Justin John Jensen, 26, was charged Wednesday in 4th District Court with sexual solicitation of a child, a third-degree felony, and lewdness, a class B misdemeanor.
In February, Payson police investigated a case involving a 16-year-old girl who had run away from home. The girl was found two days later "living with and working as a nanny" for Jensen in Santaquin, according to charging documents.
As police investigated the situation, they learned that Jensen had met the girl in September and paid her for a sex act, the charges state. Detectives also reported that they discovered text messages that seemed to support the allegation.
