EPHRAIM — Police are asking for help finding a 19-year-old female student at Snow College who went missing on Monday.

Madelyn Allen was last seen leaving her residence at Snow Hall in Ephraim at 9:22 p.m. that night. According to security footage at the apartment, someone who is believed to be the missing student was shown leaving the lobby carrying a plastic bag and wearing a white fleece jacket, a dark shirt and flat shoes, police said.

Snow College Public Safety is working with local and state law enforcement as well as the FBI to locate Allen.

According to public information officer Marci Larsen, Allen "is missing, has not contacted people she normally contacts, and is not accessible. Given that, we can only assume she is in danger."

Police are asking anyone who was in the area, saw anything suspicious or has information about Allen's whereabouts to contact them at 435-283-7170.
