SALT LAKE CITY —A 55-year-old man was injured in a drive-by shooting at his home near 500 South and Wright Circle on Monday just after 6 a.m., police said.
The man, who had been sitting alone on his porch, was shot multiple times, according to Salt Lake police.
He was taken to the hospital in critical condition, police said.
Police are working to determine a motive in the shooting and have not yet released any information on an alleged suspect.
Police do say that the victim saw a dark-colored sedan. The police are asking for help from the community. The shooting may have been captured by home security cameras or video doorbells.
