(KSL News) A big weather change is coming. And rain made an accident much worse on Interstate 80 through Parley's Canyon Friday night.
Troopers say one car crashed. The passengers got out of the car to look at the damage. Then two other cars could not stop and hit those people. Both received serious injuries.
