(KSL News) -- Three people are facing charges this morning, surrounding the abuse of a 15-year-old boy.
Brad Gale, owner of an office supply chain, is charged with sexually abusing the teen in the Provo home of John West. West is facing the same charges for watching the abuse.
Duchesne County Deputy Attorney Roland Uresk is charged with failing to report the abuse. He has allegedly known about it since last year.
