SANDY — A man videotaped himself having sex with a 15-year-old girl and then threatened to post the video if she didn’t do it again, prosecutors say.

Emmanuel Trujillo, 19, of Taylorsville, was charged Thursday in 3rd District Court with three counts of aggravated sexual extortion, a first-degree felony; sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony; and two counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, a class B misdemeanor.

A 15-year-old girl told police that she met Trujillo in January and the two had intercourse twice. During one of those encounters, Trujillo recorded their activity, according to charging documents.

On March 2, Trujillo threatened to post the video on Facebook if she did not have sex with him again, the charges state, and he did the same thing on March 7. She invited him over both times, but police say he did not show up.

On March 8, Trujillo again threatened to post the video and the girl invited him over again.

“(She) turned on the location services on her phone and saw Trujillo coming towards her residence. (She) called police and Trujillo was located outside her residence,” the charges state.

Prosecutors have requested he be held on $500,000 bail, and should he make bail, be required to wear a GPS ankle monitor and have no contact with children if released.
