WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) — President Donald Trump retweeted a post that included the alleged name of the anonymous whistleblower whose complaint led to Trump's impeachment by the House. Trump retweeted the post just before midnight Friday. The president has backed efforts to unmask the whistleblower, although doing so could violate whistleblower protection laws. By Saturday morning, the post seemed to have disappeared on many users’ feeds, suggesting Trump had deleted it. The retweet then reappeared Saturday night. Twitter told The Associated Press that an outage with one of its systems caused tweets on some accounts, including Trump’s, to be visible to some but not others.

HONOLULU (AP) — Officials have confirmed that there were no survivors from a Hawaii tour helicopter crash. The remains of six people were recovered Friday and the seventh is still missing. Officials said recovery efforts were suspended Saturday afternoon. A helicopter that was set to tour Kauai's rugged Na Pali Coast, the picturesque and remote northern shoreline of Kauai that was featured in the film “Jurassic Park,” crashed on a mountaintop Thursday. There were six people from two different families and a pilot on the flight. Officials said three minors and four adults were killed. After the fatal crash, tour helicopter operations in Hawaii are under increased scrutiny.

ATLANTA (AP) — Several of the victims of a plane crash in Louisiana had ties to a local tech company. Among the five who died Saturday in Lafayette were Gretchen D. Vincent and her 15-year-old son. Vincent was the wife of the CEO of Global Data Systems. The two men who died, including the pilot, were also employees of the Lafayette company. The other fatality was Carley McCord, a well-known sports reporter who was also the daughter-in-law of a Louisiana State University football coach. The passengers were headed to the Peach Bowl playoff game in Atlanta between LSU and Oklahoma.

DENVER (AP) — Authorities say police have arrested a suspect in a mall shooting that killed a 17-year-old boy in a Denver suburb. The capture of 18-year-old Kamyl Xavier Garrette was announced the day after the Friday shooting inside a J.C. Penney store at the Town Center at Aurora mall. The gunfire sent shoppers fleeing for safety and led police to order people to shelter in place until they determined there was no active shooter. It's the second shooting this month at the mall, which is in the same city where a gunman opened fire in a movie theater in 2012, killing 12 people and injuring dozens more.

PASADENA, Texas (AP) — Authorities say two workers cleaning a chemical tank at business near Houston died after apparently becoming overcome by fumes. Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said in a tweet Saturday that deputies responded to the plant overnight in Pasadena, located just southeast of Houston. Gonzalez says deputies found two men dead at the scene. Witnesses told deputies that the men had climbed inside the tank to clean it and were overcome by fumes. The sheriff's office hasn't said what kind of chemical was involved or name the business. It has not responded to a request for additional details.
