NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks that moved substantially or traded heavily Friday:

Overstock.com Inc., down $2.50 to $45.70

The online discount retailer said it will take losses and ramp up its growth to compete with rival Wayfair.

Adobe Systems Inc., up $6.68 to $225.55

The software maker surpassed Wall Street's forecasts in its most recent quarter.

Tiffany & Co., down $5.20 to $97.51

The jewelry retailer posted disappointing sales, and its forecast for the new year was slightly lower than expected.

Ulta Beauty Inc., up $15.74 to $221.88

The beauty products company recovered some of its recent losses after its fourth-quarter report.

Hibbett Sports Inc., down 55 cents to $21.95

The sporting goods retailer posted a smaller profit than analysts expected and gave a weak sales forecast.

Zumiez Inc., up $2.10 to $22.10

The clothing retailer followed a strong fourth-quarter with a positive forecast for the current period.

Qualcomm Inc., up 73 cents to $60.62

The Financial Times reported that former chairman Paul Jacobs wants to take the chipmaker private.

PNC Financial Services Group Inc., up $2.20 to $160.07

Banks and financial companies recovered some of their losses from earlier in the week.
