CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Sept delivery was higher 3.60 cents at $4.7760 a bushel; Sept corn was down .20 cent at $3.6840 a bushel; Sept oats lost 1.40 cents at $2.8040 a bushel while August soybeans gained .40 cent to $9.82 a bushel.
Beef higher and pork higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
August live cattle was 1.23 cents higher at $1.1440 a pound; August feeder cattle gained 1.23 cents at $1.4775 pound; August lean hogs was .83 cent higher at $.8228 a pound.
