(KSL News) -- A family from Denver spent the night on Utah Lake, but not on purpose.
The group was in the middle of the lake yesterday when the propeller fell off their boat. They had a phone, but the battery was dead so they drifted through the night, hoping to make it to shore.
This morning they managed to drift into the swamp. Some people in the area found them and called for help.
