Security will be tight this weekend for the big fireworks show and Miley Cyrus concert in Provo.
BYU police Lt. Arnold Lemmon says the Stadium of Fire show has never had a crowd like the one expected this week: a lot of young girls. BYU police are bringing in all kinds of extra security from the University of Utah, Utah Valley University and more.
"We started on this about six months ago," Lemmon said.
He says the school hired a consultant and even attended a Miley Cyrus concert in California to gage what type of crowd behavior to expect.
"I don't think crime is as much an issue as is just crowd control," Lemmon said.
Police also are expecting to deal with more forged tickets as people try to take advantage of those wanting to get in.
