(KSL News) A Provo man is accused of raping a woman and attacking her friend with a beer bottle.
The woman says Ryan Brink sexually assaulted her. When she screamed for help, a male friend sleeping in another room confronted Brink.
The two began fighting, and that's when police say Brink broke a beer bottle over the man's head.
Police showed up and Brink started swinging at them. They say he even kicked out a patrol car window.
