Randall Jeppesen reportingUtah County prosecutors have come up with a new way to keep an eye on people who keep ending up in court over and over again. They call it the "Persona Non Grata" list.

Utah County Attorney Jeff Buhman says it's basically their most-wanted list of people who aren't murderers or rapists, but rather lower-level criminals that keep getting arrested over and over.

"This is internally. What we're looking at is people that we are going to spend our resources on," Buhman said.

Buhman says some of these people have flown below the radar because they get arrested for different crimes and are tried by different prosecutors or judges, but not anymore. "They get special attention," he said.

Buhman says if you are on the list, it could be tougher to get a plea bargain.
