LOGAN, Utah (AP) — Authorities say a 91-year-old woman was found dead Tuesday morning outside a facility where she lived.
North Park Police Chief Kim Hawkes says a maintenance worker found the woman at the Pioneer Valley Lodge about 8:30 a.m.
Investigators say she was home to receive medication Monday night but don't otherwise know how long she'd been outside.
Hawkes says there were no indications of foul play.
The Logan Herald Journal reports (http://bit.ly/1pVxDmy) the woman's name wasn't immediately released. Her body was taken to the Utah State Medical Examiner's Office to determine a cause of death.
