(KSL News) -- In Layton, a man is in jail, accused of raping a female acquaintance.
Layton Police arrested Robert Montoya yesterday. They say, on May 19th, he went to the victim's apartment and sexaully assaulted her. He left and then returned later that day and allegedly raped her.
Police say Montoya was wanted on warrants that include aggravated assault.
