(KSL News) A lot of dog owners took the opportunity to enjoy the weather and strut their mutts today.
More than two thousand people and about a thousand dogs strolled through Sugarhouse Park, then there were some other fun activities available.
The annual event is to raise money for No More Homeless Pets Utah.
Typically "Strut Your Mutt" raises more than 100-thousand dollars to help pets in shelters get healthy enough to be adopted.
One organizer says about 28-thousand animals are euthanized in Utah every year.
