On yesterday's show our social media experts advised Marissa Powell to possibly "take a do over" to answer a question on gender pay inequality. And on this morning's Today Show -- she got to do just that.
This morning on the Today Show Matt Lauer gave Powell a second chance to give her thoughts on men making more than women in the workplace -- and also to talk about what was going through her mind during her now famous flub.
While people have had a lot of fun with Powell's mistake -- it has brought attention to an important issue -- the gender pay gap.
