Randall Jeppesen reporting Two people wanted for murder from a Wendover casino killing were caught by police in Utah County last night.
Two brothers, David and Christian Lopez, got an unsuspected visit last night from Lt. Richard Ferguson and the Utah County Major Crimes Task Force. They're suspected of killing a person at the Wendover Nugget Casino.
"They're dangerous individuals, and it's good that we got them off the street," Ferguson said.
The first brother was found at a Provo home, the second at a house in Spanish fork only a few blocks from the high school. He didn't want to come out, so SWAT team members had to work their way in. They eventually found him barricaded in a crawl space.
Police say the second brother already had been deported once.
