(KSL News) One of two men accused of importing more than 400 pounds of an illegal narcotic has been released from custody.
Sherif Sirage was released from federal custody earlier this week after his lawyers proved he had a job and a place to stay.

Sirage and Patrick Bahati were arrested last week after trying to claim large boxes of Khat, an African plant that's chewed like tobacco to get a high.
Bahati has not been released from custody due to a history of arrests.
