(KSL News) More delays in the case of a Bountiful teenager accused of killing his mother.
Lawyers say one of the two doctors evaluating Jeremy Hauck needs more time to complete a mental competency evaluation.
Defense attorneys have questioned their client's mental capacity at the time of the August 2006 killing.
Prosecutors say Hauck shot his mother and then put her body in a freezer in the family's Bountiful condominium.
Hauck will be back in court in January.
