(KSL News) A man who has been arrested seven times in the last 12 years for drinking and driving is scheduled to be in court today.
Robert Van Dyke will appear in Utah County on one of his current DUI offenses.
Van Dyke already had admitted to killing a woman in a drunk driving accident. That plea was part of a plea deal with prosecutors back in 2000.
