(KSL News) A man arrested in Heber City earlier this month was in possession of child pornography and firearms when he was taken into custody.
Charges of possession of child pornography and possession of a firearm by a fugitive from justice were filed against Russell Eugene Blessman in U.S. District Court last week.
At the time of his arrest, he was wanted on sexual abuse charges out of Iowa, as well as federal charges of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
The new charges filed could bring up to 20 years in federal prison.
