(KSL News) Everybody had to evacuate Orem Elementary School this morning. More than 600 students and faculty were outside for more than an hour.
A teacher smelled gas and the told the principal, who decided to evacuate the school.
Orem Fire Department and Questar determined the smell was the result of a system "bump," which is a normal adjustment to regulate gas pressure.
