YUMA, ARIZ - The Snow College football team have jumped out to a 4-0 start following a 22-13 road victory over division rival Arizona Western Saturday. The Snow College Badgers look poised to take the No. 1 national ranking following a loss at the top of the polls and Snow - which currently sits at No. 2 nationally - brining home the win. Snow held the Matadors to 133 total yards and got nearly that many (131) from running back Soni Sotele in the victory. Snow quarterback Jon Eastman went 13-26 for 171 yards and a touchdown. "It's always good to get our first conference win of the season," said head coach Steve Coburn. "Road wins are difficult to come by. To have our defense step up like this is great." Snow now goes into a bye week followed by another road test against the Mesa Thunderbirds Sept.29 at Mesa, Ariz.
