HEBER CITY, Utah (AP) -- The bodies of a man and a dog were pulled from a truck that was submerged in Strawberry Reservoir.

Wasatch County authorities got a call Saturday from someone who saw the truck. It was not immediately known how long the truck was in the reservoir, about 30 miles southeast of Heber City.

The victim was Ronald Bowen, 52, of West Jordan, the sheriff's office said. A dog's body was also found in the cab of the truck.

The ignition was on when the truck was pulled from the water. Evidence at the scene indicated that alcohol probably was a factor, the sheriff's office said.
