(KSL News) Authorities in Park City arrested two people they say tried to steal discount clothing.
They say a shopper caught Eduardo Torres and Elena Garcia shoplifting merchandise from the outlet mall in Park City.
They are charged with retail theft.
According to the Summit County Sheriff's Office, the couple is part of organized group of shoplifters that takes the stolen merchandise and resells it in California.
