(KSL News) Senator Orrin Hatch's press secretary is leaving Utah.
Peter Carr is the new deputy director of public affairs for the Justice Department.
He'll be the second in command of the communications office, handling everything from questions on Attorney General Alberto Gonzales to department policy details.
Carr, a BYU graduate and former Bountiful resident, has worked for Hatch since 2002.
