Man Injured in Gang Fight

OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- A gang fight ended with three people being shot with a shotgun and a fourth being shot with a Taser, police said.

Police say an argument between several members of rival gangs erupted early yesterday morning..

At one point, a 25-year-old man began firing a shotgun, he said.

A 19-year-old man and two juveniles were shot in the head and upper torso area. None of their injuries were life-threatening, and they were treated at a hospital and released.

A fourth victim was shot by someone else with a Taser. Police are investigating who fired the stun gun.

The shooting suspect was arrested and booked under suspicion of attempted criminal homicide, felony riot and weapons charges.

Seven other individuals, including one juvenile shooting victim, were arrested for their suspected involvement in the fight.

This is the third instance this month of individuals being shot that Ogden police have attributed to gangs.
