(KSL News) A town marshal's loyalty to Warren Jeffs is sending him before an administrative judge today.
Marshal Fred Barlow of Hildale/Colorado City is accused of repeatedly refusing to answer questions asked by investigators while Jeffs was a fugitive.
The Deseret Morning News reports the marshal wrote Jeffs a letter pledging his loyalty and the loyalty of all the officers in the Hildale/Colorado City Town Marshal's Office.
