Church officials say one passenger in the other vehicle was also killed, and two other passengers are in serious condition.

There were no other immediate details available.

The deadly crash happened just days after two LDS missionaries were shot in Virginia. 21-year-old Morgan Young of Bountiful, Utah and 19-year-old Joshua Heidbrink of Greeley, Colorado were shot Monday night in Chesapeake. Young died early Tuesday morning, while Heidbrink was injured and is now recovering at home.
