(KSL News) -- An Ogden man charged with murder is in court today.
Joseph Weatherspoon told police he killed his girlfriend Johanna McCann in May.
A fisherman found McCann's body, wrapped in plastic, near the water at Pineview Reservoir.
Weatherspoon is scheduled for a motion hearing.
