(KSL News) An early-morning robbery helps police catch a suspected carjacker.
Police responded to a report of an armed robbery at the Wendy's at 3900 S. State Street and spotted a car that had been carjacked last week.
The suspect led police on a chase that reached speeds of up to 90 miles an hour. Eventually the man gave up and was taken into custody.
The suspect will likely face several charges for both the robbery and the carjacking.
