(KSL News) An in-your-face argument between Mayor Rocky Anderson and developer Dell Loy Hansen will not bring about criminal charges.
Anderson asked for an investigation after Hansen confronted him following a meeting at the City-County Building.
Anderson considered charging Hansen with assault and battery. However, the Deseret Morning News Reports a South Salt Lake deputy attorney found no cause for charging Hansen. The attorney says Hansen certainly invaded the mayor's personal space, but did not commit a crime.
