WEST JORDAN, Utah (AP) -- A man accused of throwing a Molotov cocktail-style device at the feet of his girlfriend has been charged.
The 23-year-old man was charged yesterday with a first-degree felony count of using an explosive device.
The incident happened at the man's West Jordan home on October 30th.
According to court records, the device exploded into a fireball and burned his girlfriend at the home in the 1300 block of Twin Oaks Drive.
