(KSL News) -- A judge says there is enough evidence now to show the brother of Warren Jeffs was hiding the fugitive polygamist leader.
Seth Jeffs has been jail in Denver since police arrested him for soliciting sex from a man. He had 140-thousand dollars in cash and cell phone and credit cards, which according to investigators he used to conceal Warren Jeffs.
Jeffs has been a fugitive since being charged with conducting the marriage of a young girl to a married man.
