SUGAR HOUSE -- Hundreds of runners showed up at Highland High School Saturday morning for a 5K fundraiser in support of a Salt Lake City woman battling cancer.
Sarah Hays, 29, was recently diagnosed with stage four terminal cancer and is fighting for her life. But judging by the turnout for the "Sweatin' for Sarah" race in her honor, she's not alone.

Hundreds of friends, family members and even strangers showed their support by donating time and money to help with her treatment.
"I just feel overwhelmed with love and support and it's been an emotional morning," Hayes said. "I've seen so many friends and loved ones and a few people I don't even know came up to me and hug me and just showed their love and support."
Another thing Sarah says keeps her going is planning for her upcoming wedding next month.
