OGDEN -- Police are investigating a stabbing in Ogden that left a man critically injured.
Lt. Mike Ashment with Ogden police says reports of the stabbing at a townhouse near 1600 East and 1400 South came in around 12:45 Saturday morning. By the time officers arrived at the scene, the victim was gone, but there was blood inside the home.
The victim, 20-year-old Manuel Roman Gonzales, had been taken to McKay-Dee Hospital in a private car. He suffered three stab wounds to the neck, shoulder and chest.
Gonzales underwent surgery in critical condition. He was out of surgery as of Saturday afternoon.
Police are now looking for suspects in the stabbing. Police have not released additional information at this time.
